How can I take care of my Luyana bag?Genuine leather products should be cleaned at least a couple of times a year. The right care and correct maintenance will guarantee a longer life over time. Here are some simple tips for you: Always use a soft, slightly damp cloth and wipe it over your bag Cleansing milk is an excellent remedy for giving softness and shine to the skin. A few drops will be enough to rub in with a cotton ball. How can I make a purchase?Purchasing on our site is easy and intuitive. If you wish to purchase an item follow these simple steps. Select the desired quantity and use the 'Add to Cart' button below. Alternatively you can use the 'Buy Now' option to go straight to checkout. Check the items in your cart by selecting the Cart icon at the top right. Enter a promotional code if you have one. Use the Pay button to proceed with payment and place your order.

How can I change or cancel an order?We are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible, so if you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer service promptly (within one hour maximum) at info@luyanabags.com

How can I use a promotional code?You can use a promotional code on the Cart page. Enter the code exactly as it appears and continue with payment. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotions and are not applicable for products on sale unless otherwise specified. During the sales period, any discount codes held by our customers are temporarily deactivated and reactivated immediately after the end of the sales period.

When will my order be shipped?All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Italy in 1-2 working days. During holidays and public holidays these times may be slightly extended. If you placed an order over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will begin processing your order on the next business day.

When will I receive my order?All items are delivered via express courier approximately within 2-5 working days. Shipments directed to Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and the Minor Islands may require longer transit times. We ensure that these times are respected, however we are not responsible for any delays due to couriers. For more information, see the Shipping section

How can I change my shipping address?If by mistake you have indicated an incorrect shipping address and you want to change it, contact our customer service within a maximum of one hour of purchase at info@luyanabags.com indicating your order number and your updated address . We are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible and this is why we will no longer be able to change your shipping address beyond this time.

Can I track my package?Certainly! Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment and the tracking code to monitor your package.

How much do shipping costs cost?Shipping costs are always free for orders equal to or greater than 89 euros and for purchases made in Italy. For all smaller orders, the fixed cost is 6.90 euros. EUROPE Shipping costs are always free for orders equal to or greater than 89 euros. For all orders of smaller amounts the fixed cost is 9.90 euros.

Do I have to pay additional taxes on delivery?Orders going to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties according to local regulations. The buyer is responsible for covering these costs. All orders within the European Union, however, are exempt from additional taxes.

Can I request an exchange?At the moment it is not possible to request an exchange as we are unable to guarantee sufficient stocks in stock. However, if you have purchased an item and wish to replace it with a new product, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return and then place a new order.

How can I make a return?If you wish to return one or more items purchased on our site, contact our customer service at info@luyanabags.com indicating your order number and the reason for your request.
