All items on our website are dispatched from our warehouse in Italy within 24–48 hours.

Delivery is handled by an express courier and typically takes 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on the chosen shipping method and the destination.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking information.

SHIPPING WITHIN ITALY

Shipping within Italy is free for orders of €89.00 or more. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €8.90 applies.

SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE

Shipping within Europe is free for orders of €109.00 or more. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €12.90 applies.

SHIPPING TO THE USA

Shipping to the USA carries a flat fee of €70.00.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties. Luyana Official is not liable for any delays caused by customs inspections.

The courier will always attempt home delivery; if the recipient is unavailable, the package will be left at a nearby pickup point. The recipient may collect the package within 7 days, or by the date specified by the shipping carrier.

Packages that remain uncollected will be returned to our warehouse. The customer shall be responsible for any storage and return costs incurred by us; these will be deducted from the order refund.

The recipient must ensure that the address provided at the time of purchase is correct and complete. If it is not, the courier will be unable to complete the delivery, and the package will be returned to the sender. In such cases, the order will be refunded, minus any return costs.

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible; therefore, any cancellations or modifications must be requested via email at luyanaofficial@gmail.com within one hour of order confirmation. After this time, we will no longer be able to make any changes.

We do not ship to Vatican City, the Republic of San Marino, Malta, Cyprus, or the Canary Islands.
