All items on the site are shipped from our warehouse in Italy within 24/48 hours.

Delivery takes place via express courier in approximately 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination location.

We will send the order tracking information via email once the order has been shipped.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties. Luyana Official is not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections.

The courier will always make a home delivery attempt and in the absence of the recipient will deposit the package at a nearest collection point. The recipient will be able to collect his package within 7 days or in any case by the date indicated by the shipping company.

Packages left in storage and not collected will be returned to our warehouse. The customer will be responsible for storage and return costs incurred by Us which will be deducted from the refund of the order.

The recipient is required to ensure that the address entered during the purchase is correct and filled in in its entirety, otherwise the courier will be unable to make the delivery and the package will be returned to the sender.

In this case the order will be refunded minus the return costs.
